During our many years of designing and building gas systems, we have continuously refined and perfected the products we use, including medium density and high density polyethylene gas piping systems from manufacturing facilities certified to ISO 9001-2000:

• 1/2" through 24" (16 mm through 600 mm) outside diameter controlled polyethylene pipe and tubing, molded butt, socket, and saddle fusion fittings, and fabricated fittings for domestic and international gas applications
• Medium density gas pipe, tubing and fittings are manufactured in accordance with the latest published editions of ASTM D 2513, CSA B137.4, or applicable international standards
• High density gas pipe, tubing and fittings meets all the requirements for PPI listing as a PE4710-PE100 and as a PE3408/4710 PE100 product and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D 2513 and meets all of the applicable requirements of Plastic Pipe Institute’s PPI TR-4

After engineering design and materials procurement, we begin the construction process:

• We design and install pressure reduction and metering systems to depressurize, filter, odorize, and to ensure the proper flow of natural gas delivered to the city gate
• We design and install the city gate to establish the point of custody transfer of natural gas and feed the distribution lines of the local network;
• We use open trench and trenchless technology to construct and install the distribution lines throughout the community to the point of consumption, and convert LPG appliances to natural gas.
